How to order publications

Please read the following information prior to placing an order for publications using the online order form.

All our publications are free.

How do I check the publication I have is the most recent version?

Find the publication in the list below. The date it was last published is part of the title. Check this against the date your copy was published. You can find this date on the front cover or in the first few pages if it’s a booklet.

Our publications are updated regularly. Please remember to recycle any old copies of the brochures or booklets.

How many can I order?

You can order up to 99 of each publication. We regularly update the publications, so it’s best to order smaller numbers more regularly.

When will I get my order?

You will get your order within 3 to 5 working days. If we don’t have a publication in stock, it will be delivered to you when we get more in stock.

Why do you need my email address?

We may use your email address to:

  • let you know what’s happening to publications that are out of stock 
  • keep you updated about new editions of the publication/s you ordered
  • let you know about new resources
  • get feedback on publications.

If you give us your email address, you will be giving us permission to do this. Please read our privacy statement.

Do you deliver via DX?

VLA does not deliver publications via DX. Please enter an alternative address.
