How to fill in a divorce application

Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) runs free workshops for the general public in Melbourne and some regional areas.

About the workshop

This workshop will help you:

  • understand the divorce process 
  • fill out your divorce application 
  • file your application at court 
  • serve your divorce papers 
  • know what to do on the hearing day.

You will be given a divorce application form and other information to help you prepare for your divorce. A brochure is available to download below.

These workshops give you general information. The presenters are not able to give you legal advice.
