The president of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), Justice Kevin Bell, is carrying out an extensive review of the tribunal. The purpose of the review is to ensure that VCAT remains accessible to all Victorians and that it continues to improve its capacity to resolve disputes effectively and fairly.
The views, suggestions and input from VCAT's users, interested organisations and the Victorian community are an important part of the review. To provide interested parties with the opportunity to provide feedback and information, the review consultation process includes:

These events are an open invitation for all Victorians to provide direct feedback about VCAT’s performance over the past 10 years, and its ability to provide a low-cost, accessible, efficient and fair dispute resolution service.
All forums will start at 6 pm and will run for approximately 2.5 hours.
