New edition 'Securing their future' now available

Securing their future has been re-printed. Produced in partnership with the Office of the Public Advocate, this booklet provides information for parents of a child with a decision-making disability. It covers:

  • enduring powers of attorney
  • guardianship and administration
  • Wills and estate planning.

The new edition has been restructured to make it easier to use, and includes information on special disability trusts.
