Legal issues for an ageing population

A seminar on 'legal issues for an ageing population' will be held on Friday 21 August at The Arts Centre, Davey Street, Frankston.

The seminar will look at current and developing issues facing an ageing population, including:

  • elder abuse
  • advice services and practical support available
  • options to protect future needs.

Guest speakers include Seniors Rights Victoria manager Julie Nelson, expert consultant and former public advocate Julian Gardner, John Chesterman of the Office of the Pubic Advocate, and acting director of Victoria Legal Aid’s civil law program, Robyn Mills.
