'Right a wrong' no longer available in print

Right a wrong, a guide to making a complaint in Victoria, will no longer available in hard copy. We know the content is valued, so it is still be available as:

  • a section of this website with pages from the most popular topics of Right a wrong – primarily consumer-related complaints – see Making a complaint 
  • a quarterly updated PDF with the same contacts and the same chapters as Right a wrong but without the same design treatment – see Right a wrong
