Membership on the Family Law, Summary Crime & Children's Court (Family Division) panels to expire

If you are on VLA's Family Law, Summary Crime, and/or Children's Court (Family Division) section 29A panel your membership will expire on 31 October 2009.

If you wish to continue your membership you do not need to do anything unless you have been the subject of professional misconduct proceedings since your appointment. Subject to any such proceedings, or any removal and suspension proceedings from the panel(s), you will be re-included on the panel for a further 5 years.

For further details regarding reinclusion to the panel(s) including disclosure of misconduct and advising Victoria Legal Aid if you no longer wish to be on the section 29A panel(s) see documents below.
