New appeal guidelines and fees came into effect on Monday 28 February 2011. They support the introduction of significant changes to procedures made by the Court of Appeal to assist its effective operation and reduce court delays.
Changes to the Court of Appeal were announced in October 2010, following the formation of a reference group and consultative process.
