Dear ATLAS users

ATLAS is back online. Thank you for your patience. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this outage.                                                                                       

As advised yesterday, any services provided during this unplanned outage can now be submitted via ATLAS and we will backdate the ‘aid effective date’. You will be entitled to claim your full services in accordance with the relevant fees.

Can we do better? We welcome your suggestions about how we could improve our response to unplanned outages like this in the future. Please send ideas and comments to editor@vla.vic.gov.au
