Have your say on ALRC family law system review

Tuesday, 16 October 2018

The Australian Law Reform Commission (ALRC) review of the family law system has released a discussion paper that draws on research and submissions to the issues paper released earlier this year.

The discussion paper canvasses far reaching and significant recommendations to government about the family law system and the Family Law Act 1975.

We are providing a submission to the discussion paper and welcome input from private practitioners undertaking legal aid family law work. Don’t miss this opportunity to contribute to the ALRC’s review.

Please contact Alice Wilson O’Neill at alice.wilsononeill@vla.vic.gov.au or (03) 9269 0591 to contribute our submission to the discussion paper.
