Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) follows all Victorian laws when handling personal information. We also welcome your feedback. Our Client Relations Officer will respond to any complaints or suggestions you have.
Freedom of information
Members of the public can seek access to documents held by VLA or to change the personal information that we hold, by making a request under Victoria’s freedom of information laws.
