Accreditation
Each lawyer who participates in the Private Practitioner Duty Lawyer Scheme must be accredited individually.
To obtain accreditation:
- applications for accreditation must be made to the scheme co-ordinator addressing the private practitioner accreditation guidelines
- if the co-ordinator agrees that the relevant criteria has been met, the co-ordinator will then make a recommendation to the divisional manager of regional offices.
