Take control DVD

You can view a 10 minute Take control film on the Office of the Public Advocate website. This film is also available on DVD for workers to screen in a community education setting and provides a basic explanation of what powers of attorney and guardianship are.  Please note, this is not an instructional film on how to make powers of attorney.
