How to order free publications online
Read this before you order using the online order form.
If you need help ordering, call us on (03) 9269 0223 or email us at cle@vla.vic.gov.au.
Order limits
You can order up to 99 copies of each publication online. You can order more by contacting us directly. We update our publications, so it's better to order smaller numbers more often.
Delivery times
You will get your order within three to five working days. If we don't have a publication in stock, it will be delivered to you when we get more in stock.
Delivery methods
We deliver to street and postal addresses, but not via DX.
Your contact details
We ask you for your email address to help process your order. We may use your email address to:
- let you know what's happening to publications that are out of stock
- keep you updated about new editions of the publication/s you ordered
- let you know about new publications and other resources
- get feedback on publications.
If you give us your email, you will be giving us permission to do this. Please read our privacy statement.
