Former managing director now a magistrate

Victoria Legal Aid's former managing director, Tony Parsons, has been appointed to the Victorian Magistrates' Court. Mr Parsons resigned from Victoria Legal Aid in July, after over-seeing eight years of growth and improved access to justice. The Attorney-General, Mr Rob Hulls, announced the appointment on 9 September.
