Grant application form

If you are not registered to use ATLAS+ you can get a grant of legal assistance by using the applicaiton form below.

Please dispose of any versions of the application form published prior to July 2011 and use the 'Grant of legal assistance – guide and application form' (below) when submitting any new applications.

Practitioners submitting any work via the simplified grants process can use the 'Simplified grants application form', which is also at the bottom of this page.
