Our 2018–19 Client Satisfaction Survey

Our 2018–19 Client Satisfaction Survey

Thursday, 17 January 2019

In late January 2019, we will commence our 2018 Client Satisfaction Survey to gain client feedback on legal aid services provided by Victoria Legal Aid staff and lawyers, and private practitioners who do legal aid work.

The survey provides clients with an opportunity to tell us what they think of our services and help us understand client experience.

The results, published in mid-2019, will help us improve the quality of our work and provide a better service for our clients.

Independent research agency Colmar Brunton has been appointed to conduct the survey on our behalf.

The confidential survey will be conducted via telephone and email. Clients will be randomly selected from our client lists. These are clients who may have received a grant of legal assistance, legal advice or information, or have received a duty lawyer service at court.
