- English Reports (1220–1873).
AustLII collects and publishes unreported Victorian cases from many different courts and tribunals:
- Supreme Court of Victoria – Court of Appeal (1998 – onwards)
- Supreme Court of Victoria (1994 – onwards)
- Children's Court of Victoria (2004 – onwards)
- County Court of Victoria (1993 – onwards)
- Magistrates' Court of Victoria (2006 – onwards)
- Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (1998 – onwards)
