During the 2018–19 financial year, of all our clients: 7% were at risk of homeless; 5% identified as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander; 25% disclosed having a disability or mental illness; 32% had no income; 12% were in custody, detention or psychiatric care; 47% were receiving some form of government benefit; 18% were younger than 19 years of age; 30% were living in regional or rural Victoria; 5% required the assistance of an interpreter; 25% were from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
