This section aims to provide child protection and youth crime private practitioner panelists with tools to assist with practice in the Children’s Court of Victoria and other aspects of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005.
Child protection
This section deals with child protection issues both in the Family Division of the Children’s Court and through the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) case planning process.

This section deals with the representation of children in proceedings for intervention orders, whether as an aggrieved family member, affected person, complainant or respondent.
