We provide legal information and assistance to children, young people and parents. We work to:

  • protect the legal rights of children and young people
  • make sure children and young people get a fair go in court.

We can help you if you are going to the Children’s Court for criminal or family matters. We can help you: 

  • find out what is going to happen
  • work out the best way to tell your story in court
  • make sure that the court listens to your side of things
  • work out the best way to handle your case
  • go into the court room with you and speak for you.
