About this resource

This is an Easy English resource that helps people understand:

  • what is abuse
  • abuse is not OK
  • where to get help.

It was developed by the Office of the Public Advocate in conjunction with the Migrant Resource Centre.

It is designed to speak directly to adults with a cognitive disability, and has been printed on high-quality A4 card, suitable for display and distribution through group homes, respite residences and disability day programs.
