We are issuing offers to practitioners and practices we intend to reinclude on our Section 29A Practitioner Panels. Learn more about the amendments to our panel deed and schedules.

The terms for inclusion on our Section 29A Practitioner Panels will expire on 30 April 2023. We will issue offers to the practitioners and practices we intend to reinclude, and those practitioners and practices must execute a new panel deed. To be reincluded, practitioners and practices must also comply with the notification and execution conditions in the offer.

Our panel deed and schedules have been amended to:

  • clarify practitioners’ obligations in respect of claims for payment of fees, including timeframes for submission of claims
  • clarify how we use information about panel practitioners
  • clarify what information panel practitioners and firms must provide to us (including certain notifications)
  • enable us to amend the terms and conditions of membership and to make technical amendments.
