Who is on our pilot Equity and Diversity List

Use this list of our Equity and Diversity List members to find and brief diverse counsel for legally aided matters.

Our pilot Equity and Diversity List will help lawyers find and brief diverse counsel for legally aided matters. It forms part of our Equitable Briefing Strategy. We developed the list following industry consultation.

Equitable briefing practices

We are committed to briefing more women and diverse counsel and have set measurable, annual targets for improvement through our Equitable briefing strategy.

We are also a signatory to the Law Council of Australia’s Equitable Briefing Policy.
