Deaf or hard of hearing appointment enquiry

If you are deaf or hard of hearing you can enquire about an appointment with Victoria Legal Aid.

We will assess the service you need. Note that appointment services are limited.

We may be able to provide you with an appointment with a lawyer. We may provide you with legal information, or refer you to other organisations that can help.

There is information on our websiteExternal Link about legal issues we don’t give advice about.

To enquire about eligibility for an appointment, please complete the form.

You can use the form to tell us what you need to make the appointment accessible. For example, this could be a video appointment with an Auslan interpreter.

VLA will usually respond to your enquiry within three business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
