The aim of our framework is to build an inclusive, accessible and anti-racist workplace culture, which reflects the diversity of the community we serve.
The framework sets out our broad vision for our organisation. This is one that is inclusive and diverse, and respects every individual. This includes their differences, backgrounds, and rights.
